Operating from New York City, The Hive connects designer brands with leading retailers across department stores, specialty boutiques, and e-commerce channels. Services include merchandising, brand and marketing strategy, visual/press & social support, and full operational coordination from sales planning through logistics.

Julia Larese  joined the company in 2000 after a ten-year tenure with Max Mara, where she served as VP Wholesale Sales & Retail, working across both international and North American markets. She co-leads brand and retail development, aligning European craftsmanship with the evolving North American consumer.

Unisource, founded by Stefano Larese De Santo in 1990, provides the distribution backbone: compliant import operations (including CETA, U.S. Fish & Wildlife permits where required, and other applicable import licenses), three warehouses with FIFO pick/pack, and an experienced logistics, AR/AP team to ensure precision, transparency, and seamless door-to-door service.
